Andeavor Acquires Rangeland Energy

Andeavor announced that it has agreed to acquire 100 percent of the equity of Rangeland Energy II LLC. Rangeland owns and operates assets in the Delaware and Midland Basins, including a recently constructed crude oil pipeline, three crude oil storage terminals and a frac sand storage and truck-loading facility.

Hi-Crush Partners has been accepted into the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources’ Green Tier program. This program is designed to highlight companies in Wisconsin that are exceeding environmental standards to benefit the community.

Pattinson Sand to Get Rail Spur

The Iowa Department of Transportation approved more than $950,000 in funding to support a rail-expansion project by Pattison Sand Co., according to the Telegraph Herald. The company will receive a $700,482 loan and $252,000 grant through the DOT’s Railroad Revolving Loan and Grant Program.

Atlas Sand to Debut Two Permian Frac Sand Plants

Atlas Sand Company LLC announced a plan to locally supply the Permian Basin with 12 million tpy of high-quality frac sand including a 40/70 and 100 mesh size product. Atlas has commenced construction on its first two plants.
